Intuitive Massage is a slow, attentive, deeply nurturing massage experience that blends intuition and Reiki healing that meets your body, mind, & energy. This massage is not just for the muscles, it shifts and adjusts your energetic field and emotional landscape – softening the places that have held too much and grounding you back into your roots and your body.

These 1-on-1 Reiki healings are powerful yet gentle as they support emotional clarity, spiritual grounding, and whole-body regulation. Through guided breathwork, intuitive insight, and channeled Reiki healing, your energy field is cleared and rebalanced. Many people experience warmth, tingles, emotional release, deep calming, and a renewed sense of direction or inner knowing. These sessions are especially supportive during times of transition, overwhelm, or when your system is asking for gentleness and recalibration. This is your time to pause, breath and simply receive. Reiki moves beyond time and space and meets you exactly where you are.

On a daily basis we have conversation with ourselves and others. Energetically we hold onto those conversations. Our throat chakra tends to dull with energies that are needed in that space. Sharla will teach you tools to help clear those energies. This will allow you to be at peace of voice, learn to be present in your words and release what no longer serves you.
